BOOKING AND PAYMENT
BERULIA TRAVEL offers the services on behalf of the provider and to their benefit and provides accomodation for guests in accordance with the information found on the web pages of www.beruliatravel-brela.hr.
Reservations can be made by sending an e-mail , fax , directly in our agency or in the offices of our partners After receiving a confirmation of the booking, agency will send you all necessary travel documents via e- mail.
To make the reservation valid is necessary to make the advance payment in the amount of 30% of the full price. Balance payment can be on spot or via bank transfer
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation earlier than 30 days before arrival agency charges 15% of total amount.
For cancellation from 30 day to arrival day agency will charge 30% of total amount
OBLIGATION OF THE AGENCY
Agency obliged to see that the quest receive all the services mentioned in the VOUCHER
